The fact that the Incas constructed buildings and stone staircases on the top of the "Young Mountain" with its shear drops is beyond my comprehension. There are daily climbs to the ruins, which is only for those with strong stomachs and mountain goat sureness of foot...not to mention that the summit is 9,000 feet above sea level.
